About us

The Gin & Juice collection of bars was founded by Charlotte and Stephen Barker in Cardiff, South Wales. What originated as a humble espresso bar, rapidly evolved into the Gin Palaces that are Gin & Juice. Over the last decade, the locations have grown organically to include an exciting mix of cafes, Tea houses and bars.

The passion for serving Gin perfectly has driven the expansion of the Gin & Juice bars to Cardiff, Bristol, Cheltenham, and soon opening in Swansea. Locations in Manchester, Leeds and Birmingham are planned to open in the next 12 months

The Collection

The Gin & Juice Collection conveys a relaxed and buzzing atmosphere to each destination.
Our food is carefully sourced and prepared in house from scratch. Simple, fresh, honest ingredients with diverse flavours and textures. There is an overriding sense of freshness, quality and simplicity.

Our Menu

Our exclusively roasted organic coffee served, and simple but delicious menu is served by day, then when the sun goes down, the lights are dimmed, and the candles are lit.

The carefully curated selection of over 450 Gins from across the globe take centre stage until late, (they are served all day)

Our inspired team are experts in preparing the perfect pairings and garnishes to complement each Gin. Eager to advise and steer you with advice from weird and wonderful Gins to Rare and exclusive, our menu is vast, and our people are here to look after you.
